By the end of this course, the student will be capable of reading any page of the Holy Quran independently with proper Tajweed pronunciation and confidence.
No prior knowledge needed. Open to complete beginners of all ages.
2 to 4 classes per week (30 or 45 mins each)
Letter recognition, single and compound letters, short vowels (Fathah, Kasrah, Dammah), Tanween, and Sukoon.
Rules of Noon & Meem Sakinah (Izhar, Idgham, Iqlab, Ikhfa), Qalqalah, Mudood (elongation), and heavy/light letters (Tafkheem & Tarqeeq).
Guided recitation through Juz Amma, rules of stopping (Waqf and Ibtida), and developing a beautiful rhythmic tone.
